Insignia Group LC, the leading provider of accessory sales process consulting and accessory sales software, announced today the launch of Volkswagen’s vehicle-to-accessory visual configurator on VWAccessorybuilder.com. The launch of the system coincides with the release of the all-new 2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack, and it will feature all Volkswagen vehicles by the end of 2016.
“The Alltrack is expected to be a highly accessorized vehicle,” says David Stringer, president of Insignia Group. “We are pleased to provide Volkswagen, its dealers and vehicle buyers, a new way to experience visually customizing their vehicles in the showroom and online.”
Insignia developed the vehicle-to-accessory visual configurator using Insignia’s software and patented process (US Patent No. 8,566,714). The system is fully mobile-responsive. The VWaccessoriesbuilder.com system will be provided to all Volkswagen dealers. It will feature specific pricing and installation information.
