Scott Addison and the F&I sales increase

F&I represents a substantial revenue source for any dealership.  Scott Addison, Corporate F&I Manager of Fitzgerald Auto Malls found that accessory sales increases F&I profit:

"It's less of a sell and more of a consultation. And it's at the customers pace so it really does add value to our overall sales process."

Mr. Addison is always concerned with any potential "canibalization" of F&I sales:

"Once the customer knows that you're doing something to help them out they're more open to the other products that you sell and this is why we've seen an improvement in our F&I numbers!"
