Training
As an Insignia Affiliate Dealer, standard training and technical support are included with your Insignia System at no additional cost.
Within one business day after receiving your dealership's signed agreement, you will receive an email informing you how to get started using your Accessories System. We will then contact you to schedule one-on-one telephone training with your System Administrator.
Administrator Training
will include instruction on how to customize your system, covering basic configurations and best practices, as well as providing instructions on how to navigate your new Insignia Accessories System.
Webinar Training
is free of charge and offered to Insignia Affiliate Dealerships' staff. These regularly scheduled sessions cover new features, sales staff training, and accessories sales best practices.
To sign up for Insignia's webinar training send an email request to Customer Service.
Please include your name, title, dealership name, and preferred session date.
Upon receipt of your request we will send you an email confirming your participation date, along with session access instructions and call-in information.
Sales Training
will teach your dealership to sell accessories more efficiently and profitably. Using best practices and case studies from a range of successful customers across numerous brands, Insignia will help your dealership make personalization part of your corporate culture.
