  • Determine timing for presenting accessories to customer
  • Clearly define responsibilities of every dealership employee and department
  • Name an Accessories Champion (Please see the "Accessories Champion Profile" under "Tools" in the Administrator's Dashboard)
  • Define a pay plan

Phase II
Set-Up & Customize Your Insignia Accessories System
  • Use the "Administrator Reference Guide" under "Tools" in the Administrator's Dashboard to customize your Insignia System
  • Schedule Insignia Training and Best Practices
    • Administrator Training Call-In Sessions
    • Sales Training and Best Practice Sessions
